  • Manolibre home page: “Your right hand for answering, organising and invoicing while you work”, with a WhatsApp conversation in German handled automatically.
Shipped The CRM this page talks about

    Manolibre

Answers your WhatsApp on your own number and turns your voice notes into quotes, contracts and invoices ready to send.

Sole traders and micro-businesses · Web · Android · iOS

    How it is built
    • Your usual number: it answers alongside you, with no migration and nobody to notify
    • Seven languages, and it works out on its own which one the client wrote in
    • From €29/month with no lock-in, no commission per client and none per booking

A one-person business loses half its admin time in the same place: WhatsApp. Manolibre handles it according to availability — not a bot that answers everything, but one that knows you are on a job site — and then walks the rest of the path: the voice note dictated in the van comes back as a quote, and the accepted quote as an invoice. It recognises which of seven languages the client wrote in, which in Mallorca is not decoration. And from the Negocio plan it connects to Claude and ChatGPT, so the owner asks their own AI how the month is going instead of opening a spreadsheet. The CRM this page talks about, running.

  • Property CRM dashboard: a Laval building’s record with its tabs for units, leases, tenants, accounting and investors, its figures and a works calendar.

    Automated property CRM + MCP

Built to order: managing a portfolio of buildings in Québec, with its tenants, its works, its books and its investors in one place.

    Property · Québec · Web

    How it is built
    • Eleven sections per building: units, leases, tenants, tickets, accounting, investors, contracts, works, work plan and staff
    • You ask for an automation out loud and it is running in minutes, not in the next release
    • It works with the email and messaging already in place: Gmail, Outlook, Messenger, whatever it is

Managing buildings is not a CRM problem: it is eight programs that do not talk to each other. The lease in one, the tenant’s ticket in another, the roof job in a third, and each investor’s share in a spreadsheet only one person understands. This is the opposite: one record per building and, inside it, everything that happens to it — from the renewal notice Québec law requires months in advance, to how far along a roof replacement is. Anything with irreversible legal or financial effect is not done by the AI: a person prepares it in the interface. The rest you ask for out loud, from Claude. And that is the difference from a closed tool: the automations do not come off a list somebody else drew up. If tomorrow signing a lease should also alert the bookkeeper, prepare the first invoice and write to the tenant, you ask for it and it is done that afternoon.

  • Agency CRM settings: the sidebar with its twelve modules and the configuration cards, among them “Connections — connect Claude to this agency”.
    Shipped

    Automated agency CRM + MCP

Built to order: a delivery CRM for creative agencies, where the client follows the work the way you follow a parcel.

Agencies and creative studios · Web

    How it is built
    • 78 things it can do, not just look up: it creates the deliverable, uploads the version and sends it for review
    • Client portal in the agency’s own branding, entered by personal link, with no sign-up and no password
    • You automate whatever you need in minutes, using what you already have: Gmail, Outlook, Messenger

An ordinary CRM revolves around the contact and the opportunity. Here the unit is the deliverable — a reel, a campaign, a landing page — because that is what the client asks about. The same work the agency moves internally is what its client watches advance externally, in a portal carrying the agency’s brand, entered through a personal link. Everything is recorded in a history that cannot be rewritten: who looked, who downloaded, who approved, and who has not replied in four days. So the agency always knows who is blocking it, and stops being the one who looks slow. Underneath, a quota and revision-round engine that protects each contract’s margin, and its own MCP server: a team member asks Claude to “create the deliverable, upload this version and move it to client review”, and it actually happens, within their permissions. It is not a closed list of automations, which is what you buy everywhere else: the agency decides the process, and if next week approving a deliverable should also notify the client, close the revision round and prepare the invoice, they ask and it is done.

  • Nursio home page: “NCLEX prep and CE. 10 minutes at a time”, with the app showing a severe hyperkalemia path and the case library.
    Shipped

    Nursio

Nursing education in ten-minute pieces. NCLEX and OIIQ prep, and continuing-education hours that fit in a break.

    Health · education · iOS · Android

    How it is built
    • 100 guided paths per track, over 1,500 questions and hundreds of unfolding cases
    • More than 40 hours of CE, scored across the six clinical-judgment steps the NGN exam uses
    • It spots where you are weak and queues extra practice there, unprompted

Nursing education was designed for somebody with a free afternoon, and the person who needs it works twelve-hour shifts. Nursio cuts the material where you can actually stop: a session is ten minutes, so it fits in a break, and the next step is waiting when you come back. Cases are not answered in one go — they unfold, the way they do on the floor — and are scored on the same six clinical-judgment steps as the exam. Built by nurses, and honest enough to say on its own site that its certificates are not accredited credits.

  • Nursio for providers dashboard: the EMPOC module generated from an INESSS protocol, with its steps, its duration and the token cost of generating it.
    Shipped

    Nursio for providers

A hospital’s protocol goes in as a PDF and comes out as microlearning and clinical cases, ready to publish to its staff.

    Health · organisations · Web

    How it is built
    • From protocol to published module without anyone writing the material
    • The token cost of every module, visible before you publish it
    • What it generates comes from the provider’s own protocol, not a generic syllabus

A healthcare provider has its protocols written down and nobody reads them, because they live in a forty-page PDF. This turns them into what people actually consume: six-minute micro-courses and unfolding cases, with their objectives and their threshold tables. The interesting part for whoever pays is the last column on screen: each module shows what it cost to generate, in money and in tokens, before it is published. An AI tool that shows its own bill is a rarity — and it is exactly what turns “this must cost a fortune” into a number you can argue with.

  • Cumplo-IA home page: “Everything your company needs to comply with the AI Act”, with the AI detected in the company, the diagnosis result and the folder of generated documents.
    Coming soon · 28 August 2026

    Cumplo-IA

Meeting the European AI regulation without a lawyer in the simple cases. Five minutes of questions and the whole file comes out, in your name and with your logo.

Compliance · small business · Web

    How it is built
    • A traffic-light diagnosis: what the regulation requires of you, what it does not, and what to do about the rest
    • Every conclusion says which article it comes from and which official source: you can check them one by one
    • The delicate cases — biometrics, hiring, scoring people — are not decided by the machine: they go to human review

The European AI regulation lands on companies with no legal department, and the consultation to find out whether it applies to you costs more than the problem. Cumplo-IA splits the work in two: what is rule-bound is decided by a fixed, versioned rules engine — which obligations apply, based on whether you are a provider or a deployer — and the writing is done by the AI on top of cards reviewed by lawyers. The AI never invents legal judgement: it writes up what the engine has already decided. Out of that comes the whole file: an inventory of tools, a usage policy, one card per tool for the employee, the literacy module article 4 requires, dated training records, and a readiness report in the client’s branding. And because both the regulation and the tools keep moving, the subscription keeps the file alive: one more tool or one more employee, and only the people affected get re-accredited. There is a partner channel for accountancy firms and data protection officers, with their own book of clients and their own branding.

  • Ameleva home page: “Small steps. Real change.”, with the app showing today, a ten-day streak and a journey about relationships.
    Shipped

    Ameleva

Two-minute micro-lessons and one action a day. For dropping “I’ll start tomorrow” and starting today.

    Wellbeing · iOS · Android

    How it is built
    • Journeys of 3 to 21 days: one lesson and one concrete action each day
    • Five ways to track a habit — checkbox, scale, counter, picker and timer — not just the checkbox
    • End-to-end encrypted journal if the user turns it on

Almost every app in this space picks one thing: meditation, sleep, the morning routine. Ameleva covers five areas of life and treats them alike, with two- or three-minute lessons you can watch, read or listen to depending on the moment. Behind each journey is peer-reviewed behaviour-change research; in front of it, a year-long pixel calendar with shields that forgive the day you miss — because a streak that breaks on the first slip is a streak people abandon. The journal is end-to-end encrypted if you want it, and if one day you stop paying, the history stays readable.

  • Tramuna website: the Mallorca directory categories — food and drink, beauty, experiences and useful services — each with a photo and a business count.
    Coming soon · September 2026

    Tramuna

The living guide to Mallorca: a site and an app on one database. The visitor searches in their own language, the resident sees what is on today nearby.

    Local · Mallorca · Web · iOS · Android

    How it is built
    • Five languages — Spanish, Catalan, English, German and French — with a direct link to the business’s WhatsApp
    • Free listing, no booking commission and no middleman: only amplification is paid for
    • Site and app on the same system: what the business changes in one comes out in the other

A classic directory catches the visitor and then sits still. An app on its own is something nobody finds in Google. Tramuna does both on the same database: the site is built so that somebody searching “restaurant open now” in German lands on a listing in German, rendered on the server with almost no JavaScript, with “open now” already worked out and the WhatsApp message pre-written in their language; the app is built for the resident, with a daily feed of the dish of the day, last-minute offers and events that the businesses themselves fill in from an owner mode with a visual editor. That is the combination: the site ranks and brings people in, the app brings them back and keeps the data fresh. The local business appears in five languages and sees how many WhatsApp clicks came from each, without paying to exist.

  • In progress

    Papelos

Spanish immigration paperwork, explained and dealt with using AI. Which form, when, and where it is filed.

    Paperwork · immigration · iOS · Android

    How it is built
    • It tells you which procedure is yours before you fill in anything
    • Every step with its document, its deadline and its counter
    • Built for people who do not have administrative Spanish, which is not Spanish

The information about immigration exists and it is public. The problem is that it is written for somebody who already knows which case they fall under, spread across portals that do not talk to each other, and in a Spanish nobody actually speaks. Papelos does the translation work: first it finds which of the procedures is yours, and only then shows the path — which document, in what order, by when and at which counter. It is the work a paperwork agent does, without the part where you have to find one you trust.

Some are our own products and some are client engagements, built to order. The ones without a link are under NDA: the screenshots come from their demo environments.

FAQ

What everybody asks.

What is MCP, in one sentence?

It is the connection that lets Claude and ChatGPT get into your software and work inside it. Anthropic created it, and OpenAI, Google and Microsoft now use it too.

Will my team know how to use it?

There is no new program to learn. You ask it for what you need in ordinary words, the way you would send a message. If you can write a text, you can use it.

Is my data used to train the AI?

No. Your client list stays on your server. Neither Anthropic nor OpenAI use what passes through here to train their AI: it is written into the business contract.

Where is my data?

You choose at the start: Québec, the United States or Europe. Québec is aligned with Law 25 and Europe with GDPR. It stays where you chose and does not move.

Do I pay for Claude or ChatGPT separately?

Yes, at cost and straight to them. Most businesses spend between $20 and $75 a month. You see what you spend each day, down to the cent.

Who owns the software?

You do. The server sits in your account, in your name, from day one. And the software is handed over with the right to use it and change it, with us or with whoever you like.

If I stop paying the monthly fee, what do I lose?

It does not stop. It stops improving. You keep the version you have, and what you give up are the improvements and the fixes. Over time that shows: AI changes every few months.

Can somebody else look after it?

Yes. It is yours. What we do stops covering whatever somebody else touches, and that is all that changes.

Can I sell it to somebody else?

Using it and changing it, as much as you like. Handing it out is the one thing left out. And if you want to sell it in your trade, there is a route for that: the partners page.

What if one day I want to leave?

You leave with everything up and running, because it already lives at your place. And if you want the data separately, we hand it all over in a format you can open elsewhere.

How is this different from a normal CRM like HubSpot?

They sell the same program to everybody and charge for each person who uses it. This one is built around the way you work, and you pay the same with two employees or twenty.

How many people can use it?

As many as you want, with no limit. The price depends on what the software does, not on how many people log in, so growing the team never changes the bill.

Can the AI do things without asking me?

Only what you allow. Sending a document, issuing an invoice or cancelling a booking all stop and ask your permission. You choose which ones while we build it.

Does it do things when I am not there?

Yes. You set what has to run by itself and at what time, and it runs whether you are around or not. In each case you decide how much free rein it gets.

How many of those can I have?

As many as you want. What you pay for once is each tool you plug in, whether that is WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email or the phone. Once they are in, asking for one more does not change the bill.

What if I want something to work the same way every time, with no AI?

That works too. Anything you would rather not leave to the AI gets set up as a fixed rule, and both ways live in the same program.

How long does it take?

Weeks, not months. You see the software working on your own data before it is connected to Claude or ChatGPT, so there are no surprises at the end.

Start with a 30-minute call.

You leave with a concrete proposal and a delivery date — whether you buy or not.
